Role Summary
We are seeking a highly talented and creative Video Editor who is not only technically skilled but also an exceptional storyteller. The ideal candidate brings both speed and precision, working efficiently without sacrificing quality. You should have strong instincts for crafting compelling narratives from interviews and b-roll, understand pacing intuitively, and consistently deliver polished, professional work.
You must be able to work with deadlines, stay organized, communicate clearly, and collaborate smoothly throughout the editing process.
What You'll Do
Edit high-quality promotional videos (typically 1-6 minutes) for schools, camps, non-profits, and businesses.
Build strong narrative structures using interviews, documentary-style footage, and b-roll.
Edit long-form interview content when needed.
Create short-form social media cutdowns.
Sync audio, assemble rough cuts, refine pacing, and craft polished final edits.
