Job Description – Gen AI Video Editor (Hindi)

We are looking for a skilled Gen AI Video Editor (Hindi) with strong storytelling abilities and hands-on experience in AI-powered video editing tools. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality content for digital platforms within tight timelines.

Experience Required

• 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing

Key Responsibilities

• Edit talking-head videos, interviews, and podcast-style content in Hindi
• Enhance video engagement through clean cuts, pacing, transitions, lower thirds, and visual overlays
• Ensure accurate Hindi subtitles and captions with proper storytelling flow
• Perform sound cleanup and basic audio mastering
• Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other digital platforms
• Use AI-powered tools for video enhancement, auto-captioning, voice/lip-sync, and optimization
• Collaborate with content and creative teams while meeting strict deadlines
• Maintain high quality and consistency across all video outputs

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite :
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop (basic–intermediate)
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered video editing tools , including:
• AI video enhancement tools
• Auto-subtitling / captioning tools
• AI voice, lip-sync, or video optimization tools

Additional Requirements

• Excellent command of the Hindi language
• Strong storytelling and creative mindset
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
