  • Create performance-focused videos for reels, Stories, and ad formats
  • Work with hooks, pacing, text overlays, and CTAs that drive attention and action
  • Collaborate with the creative manager and designers to maintain brand consistency
  • Use AI tools alongside manual editing to speed up production and iterations
  • Adapt one video concept into multiple variations for testing
  • Ensure fast turnarounds and production-ready exports
  • Iterate videos based on performance feedback
