Video Editor (Motion Graphics / After Effects)

We’re hiring a Video Editor + Motion Designer to join our team and take recorded footage (tutorials, case studies, webinars, and talking-head content) and turn it into clean, engaging, publish-ready videos .

You’ll work across two types of projects:

1. ScaleMath Studios – our in-house video content and YouTube channel

2. Advisory & Services – video and content assets produced for the companies we work with

This role is for someone who cares about pacing, clarity, polish, and viewer comprehension — and who can use motion graphics to support the story (not distract from it).

What you’ll do

• Edit long-form recorded footage into tight, high-retention videos

• Improve pacing, structure, and clarity while preserving the speaker’s natural delivery

• Create and integrate motion graphics (lower thirds, callouts, simple explainer sequences, UI highlights, ...
