We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our in-house team in Kolkata. We work on visually compelling digital content across social media, web, and promotional platforms, and this role plays a key part in shaping how stories are told through motion and video. The position is ideal for someone with a strong sense of timing, visual aesthetics, and storytelling who enjoys collaborating with creative and marketing teams while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit high-quality videos for social media, websites, advertisements, YouTube, and promotional campaigns
  • Design and produce engaging motion graphics, animations, titles, transitions, and lower thirds
  • Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to understand briefs and translate ideas into visual narratives
  • Ensure consistency in visual style, brand guidelines, and storytelling across all content
  • Optimize video formats and layouts for digital platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form channels
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a solid foundation in motion graphics and video editing
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator to support creative workflows
  • Good understanding of animation principles, typography, transitions, color grading, and visual composition
  • Awareness of current social media video formats, trends, and audience behavior
  • Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Experience creating short-form and cinematic content, basic sound design knowledge, or familiarity with plugins and presets is an added advantage
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content
