Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible to create, manipulate and edit the training videos for client
- Attending training sessions & creating videos, meeting client expectations & guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the team members to set the video flow and eliminate the challenges if any arises while performing the task
- Should be accountable to complete the task in the given time frame
- Collaborating with the team members to refine the content creation process and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of team deliverable
- Creative to understand the content and visualize the output
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience on Video Creation and Editing
- Expertise in Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, Audition, Adobe After Effects and Final Cut Pro
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut Pro)
- Must have a portfolio with editing examples of strong knowledge of video production and post-production best practices
- Passion for all aspects of video production and post-production (videography techniques, studio management and color composition)
- Familiar with SCM terminologies, incoterms, import/export regulations (good to have) etc.
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and perform with a degree of accuracy in the execution of job assignments
