Roles and responsibilities:

  • Responsible to create, manipulate and edit the training videos for client
  • Attending training sessions & creating videos, meeting client expectations & guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with the team members to set the video flow and eliminate the challenges if any arises while performing the task
  • Should be accountable to complete the task in the given time frame
  • Collaborating with the team members to refine the content creation process and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of team deliverable
  • Creative to understand the content and visualize the output

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience on Video Creation and Editing
  • Expertise in Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, Audition, Adobe After Effects and Final Cut Pro
  • Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut Pro)
  • Must have a portfolio with editing examples of strong knowledge of video production and post-production best practices
  • Passion for all aspects of video production and post-production (videography techniques, studio management and color composition)
  • Familiar with SCM terminologies, incoterms, import/export regulations (good to have) etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
  • Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and perform with a degree of accuracy in the execution of job assignments
