Video Editor Needed – Replace Talking Head with Boston B-Roll

I have a finished MP4 video reading on camera. I need the beginning section edited so that instead of showing reading, it opens with high-quality B-roll of Boston (city shots, people, lifestyle footage) with background music under voiceover.
