Attention Architect: You’ve been shaping stories frame-by-frame for 3+ years, and you know exactly how to combine footage, motion graphics, sound, and pacing to keep viewers engaged. You turn abstract ideas into visual stories using DaVinci Resolve and you strive for retention and storytelling that hits both heart and algorithm.

AlgaeCal is seeking a Video Editor who crafts high-retention, narrative-driven content that builds trust, authority, and genuine connection with our audience using motion graphics, mixed media, sound design, and world-class pacing.

Note: Expert-level editing skills in DaVinci Resolve are required.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

• Craft high-retention, narrative-driven videos (4–6 polished pieces per month) using b‑roll, motion text, transitions, visual metaphors, and sound cues to support major talking points.
