We’re hiring a Video Editor & Social Media Manager to turn podcast and long‑form content into high‑performing short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves editing, understands social media trends, and knows how to create content that stops the scroll.

What You’ll Be Doing

Video Editing

• Edit short‑form videos from podcasts, interviews, and long‑form content
• Create TikToks, Reels, and Shorts with strong hooks, pacing, and captions
• Add subtitles, emojis, jump cuts, zooms, and light motion graphics
• Maintain consistent style, branding, and quality
• Deliver multiple clips per episode or content drop on tight timelines
