While most mobile gaming companies lure players in their games with scammy ads, Antihero Studios is focused on creating an inspiring, fresh gaming brand for today's players. Our goal is to make "Antihero Studios" become the A24 of gaming.

The Role

We're looking for a video editor who lives and breathes short-form content.

You know what makes a TikTok pop, you understand pacing instinctively, and you can turn raw gameplay and BTS footage into something people actually want to watch.

This isn't about following templates. It's about understanding trends, experimenting constantly, and creating content that stops the scroll.

What You'll Do

• Edit high-volume short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Transform gameplay and BTS footage into engaging, platform-native videos

• Stay ahead of trends and adapt our approach accordingly

• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align content with campaigns

• Develop concepts that showcase our games authentically and help build the Antihero voice

What We're Looking For

• Portfolio demonstrating strong short-form video work (TikTok experience required)

• Deep understanding of platform-specific trends, editing styles, and best practices

• Proficiency with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)

• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

• Smart use of AI to handle repetitive tasks and speed up production.

• Self-starter mentality with strong creative instincts

• Fluent in English
