Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Video Editor Lead to supervise and guide our video editing team in creating high-quality academic and studio-based video content. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent creative judgement, and advanced expertise in post-production workflows. This role involves managing editors, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining production quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of video editors, animators & motion designers
- Review outputs, ensure quality consistency & meet deadlines
- Oversee end-to-end post-production (editing, motion graphics, sound & final delivery)
- Collaborate with content, academic & design teams
- Maintain standardized workflows, asset management & QC checks
- Ensure platform-ready outputs (LMS, You Tube, promos, reels, marketing content)
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience as a Senior Video Editor / Video Lead
- Strong expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition & Photoshop
- Proven leadership & team management skills
- Experience with academic/corporate learning videos preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
- Exposure to AI-based video tools is a plus
