Job Title: Video Editor & Cinematographer


Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)


Employment Type: Full-time


Work Schedule: 6 days a week


Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong portfolios may be considered)


About the Role


We are looking for a Video Editor & Cinematographer who can manage end-to-end video production, including shooting, editing, and basic motion graphics. This is a hands-on execution role focused on creating high-quality, platform-ready video content for social media, digital ads, websites, webinars, and offline events.


This role is ideal for someone confident with camera handling, visual storytelling, and efficient editing without compromising quality.


Key Responsibilities


Shoot and edit videos for social media, ads, websites, webinars, and events


Handle on-ground videography including camera setup, framing, lighting, and basic audio


Edit short-form and long-form videos with strong pacing and brand consistency


Create basic to intermediate motion graphics (intros, lower thirds, text animations)


Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals


Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid ads


Ensure quick turnaround while maintaining quality and consistency


Maintain and organize raw footage, project files, and final assets


Support video requirements for offline events and special projects


What We’re Looking For


Hands-on experience in videography and video editing


Must have access to and be comfortable using personal camera equipment


Strong understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and storytelling


Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve


Basic to intermediate motion graphics skills (After Effects or equivalent)


Ability to work under tight timelines with attention to detail


Degree/background in Mass Communication, Film, Media, or related fields preferred


Strong portfolio or sample work is mandatory
