The Grind

• Edit short-form videos with Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Apply features, effects, transitions, and sound.
• Optimize content for various social media platforms.
• Support filming: planning, setup, basic camera and lighting.

Your Superpowers!

• Proven short-form video editing experience.
• Expert command of Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of video aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling.
• Keen eye for detail and enhancement.
• Familiarity with camera/basic lighting is a plus.
