Head Hunter is building a bench of pre-vetted Video Editors for our clients across the US, UK, and Australia.
This is not a job application - it's an assessment to join our talent bench. Candidates who pass will be matched with client opportunities as they arise.
What is the Talent Bench?
We vet candidates in advance so when our clients need to hire, we can deliver 3 interview-ready candidates within 5 days. If you pass this assessment, you'll be added to our bench and contacted when a suitable role becomes available.

Requirements
• + years of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro
• Experience with After Effects for motion graphics and animations
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow
• Experience editing short-form content for social media (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Ability to edit long-form content (YouTube videos, podcasts, webinars)
• Knowledge of colour grading and audio mixing/mastering
• Experience with UGC-style and performance ad editing preferred
• Familiarity with current social media trends and platform requirements
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse video editing projects
• Good written English for client communication and feedback
• Reliable internet (50+ Mbps for large file transfers)
• Own equipment (laptop/PC capable of video editing with adequate storage)
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle quick turnaround projects
