Video Editor/Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative and fast-moving Video Editor who knows what works on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This role is all about turning raw footage into sharp, scroll-stopping short-form content that reflects the values and connects with the community. You’ll be working directly with the Founder to edit, optimize, and schedule videos that tell real stories, supporting it's mission of providing person-centered care to individuals with disabilities.

Work Hours: 15hours/week (part-time with potential to transition into full-time); AU working hours Work Set-Up: Remote (PH-based); Independent Contractor Salary: $300-480 Key Responsibilities:  Stay updated on TikTok and Instagram Reels trends to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.

Edit 4–5 short-form videos (20 secs each) weekly using raw footage from Google Drive; include basic edits like captions, transitions, and light branding.
