Were looking for a creative and data-driven YouTube Video Editor who lives and breathes online video. You'll transform raw recordings into polished, high-performing videos and short-form clips that drive views, watch time, and subscriber growth.

Were hiring an A-player, someone who knows more than we do about YouTube content strategy and editing, and who can lead us toward better systems, faster workflows, and stronger creative output .

Key Responsibilities

Edit two long-form YouTube videos per week (e.g., Monday Mindset & Friday Whiteboard).

Apply color correction, audio balancing, captions, intros/outros, lower-thirds , and subtle background music.

Design and A/B test 23 thumbnails per video to maximize click-through rate.
