Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live video calls with customers for KYC verification
  • Verify identity documents and match them with the customer on video
  • Ensure compliance with RBI and internal KYC guidelines
  • Address customer Queries Professionally
  • Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with onboarding queries

Please note -

  • Incumbent will be hired on Bank’s (SBM) payroll
  • Incumbent should be ready to work in 9-hour Rotational shift, between 8am and midnight
  • 1 Rotational off will be provided on rotational basis between Monday-Sunday


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (mandatory)
  • Experience and other requirements
  • Up to 1yr Previous experience in a VKYC/customer service or KYC- related role.
