Key Responsibilities:

• Present Video Content: As a freelance video presenter, you will host, narrate, and present dynamic video segments covering topics related to studying abroad, including destination guides, visa processes, cultural insights, student testimonials, and expert advice. You will bring each topic to life in an engaging, relatable, and clear manner for a diverse audience.
• Engage and Inspire: Use your unique personality, communication skills, and storytelling ability to transform complex study abroad topics into accessible and exciting content. Your role will be to inspire and motivate prospective students, helping them feel confident about embarking on their own study abroad journey.
• Brand Representation: As a freelance video presenter, you will be the face of the company in front of our audience. It is essential to maintain a consistent, professional, and authentic representation of Nbyula's voice, values, and brand across all video content.
• Feedback & Improvement: As a freelancer, you will receive ongoing feedback from the marketing and creative teams to enhance video quality, presentation style, and overall content effectiveness. Your willingness to adapt and continuously improve is crucial to keeping the content fresh, impactful, and relevant to the target audience.
• Build a Global Guest Pipeline: Proactively identify, reach out to, and nurture relationships with potential guests in the global talent mobility ecosystem—such as international alumni, scholars, working professionals, founders, and industry experts. Your goal will be to build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse, high-quality guests who can share inspiring stories, practical insights, and first-hand experiences related to studying, working, and building careers abroad. This includes coordinating outreach, scheduling, and basic pre-interview alignment to ensure each guest’s expertise is effectively showcased in our content.

Qualifications:

• On-Camera Presence: Strong, confident, and charismatic on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills. Experience in front of the camera (e.g., as a presenter, influencer, or performer) is highly desirable.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to deliver the given scripts seamlessly on camera.
• Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to develop video concepts and feedback loops.
• Experience: Previous experience as a video presenter, host, or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
