Video Quality Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality standards across all video deliverables produced by CRAFT WW for global clients.
• Review video content for technical accuracy, brand guidelines, platform specifications, and overall creative quality before final delivery.
• Act as a key quality gatekeeper and final checkpoint prior to client delivery.
• Work closely with video editors, motion designers, producers, and account teams to identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to creative teams.
• Maintain, update, and improve video QC checklists, SOPs, and quality benchmarks.
• Track recurring quality issues, support root cause analysis, and help reduce rework and turnaround times.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones to maintain consistent quality standards.
