WORK FROM HOME
We are hiring Video Remote Interpreters to assist non-English speakers during various activities. This is a remote position with no prior experience required – just bring your excellent English skills and a willingness to learn!
Training provided.
Note: Spanish-only speakers will not be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately interpret medical information from healthcare providers into the patient’s native language.
Support physicians and healthcare providers by facilitating communication with patients who don't speak English.
Maintain strict confidentiality in line with policies and standards.
Provide quality service while fostering positive interactions with patients, healthcare providers, and visitors.
Requirements
90% English proficiency
Full-time availability
Laptop or desktop (Mac not allowed)
Intel Core i5 (5th Gen) with 8GB RAM (minimum)
Noise-cancelling headset
Private workspace
Internet speed: 10 Mbps or higher
Excellent bilingual communication (verbal & written)
Exceptional listening, note-taking, and retention skills
Clear pronunciation and professional tone
