This role serves as the primary contact for video evidence needs, supporting liability claims, legal proceedings, and safety initiatives, while collaborating with store teams, safety associates, and law enforcement to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture, organize, and retain video footage for general liability claims, workers’ compensation, law enforcement requests, and Organized Retail Crime investigations
• Monitor sweep program compliance and review logs/video to verify sweeps before incidents
• Report safety concerns and potential fraud to the Safety Department and Senior Video Operator
