The Role:

The Video Support Executive will be responsible for providing high-quality support for video-related inquiries and issues. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless video production and delivery.

  • Respond to video support requests from clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in troubleshooting video playback and streaming issues.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of video content.
