Job Posting: Short-Form Video Editor (German)
I'm looking for a long-term video editor to support multiple clients of my agency.
I run a regional German-speaking agency specializing in social media marketing, and we produce organic short-form videos for local businesses. The videos are up to 60 seconds long, and I expect you to add subtitles, B-roll (if not provided by me), stock footage, and other creative elements to make the videos entertaining and highly engaging.
I'm looking for someone who can be my full-time editor for the next 6–12 months, with the opportunity for regular pay increases as the agency grows.
Payment:
You'll be paid either per edited video — depending on the expected quality — around $20 per video, or on a monthly client basis:
For 8 videos per month, the base rate is $160 per client.
You can decide how many clients you want to take on depending on your capacity.
