We are building Balance & Being as a D2C stationery brand with a simple belief: brands feel real when they have a face, a voice, and a story behind them.

We're in the early stages of launching, and video will be central to how Balance & Being is built. From founder-led content to product stories and podcasts, we'll be creating a lot of video—and we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy being behind the camera and want to grow with a brand from day one.

This role is for creators who don't just want a job, but want to be part of building something meaningful.
