Villa Sales Consultant

Role Overview:
Handle enquiries and convert them into villa bookings by understanding guest needs and recommending the right villa and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, website & partners
- Understand guest requirements (group size, occasion, budget, dates)
- Suggest suitable villas and value-added experiences
- Follow up consistently and close bookings
- Coordinate with operations for availability, pricing & confirmations
- Update lead status and remarks in CRM / sheets
Requirements:
- 1–4 years experience in villa, luxury travel, hospitality or real estate sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable selling high-value bookings
- Customer-focused, patient and detail-oriented
