The Role:
We are currently seeking for a suitably qualified, experienced, and motivatedVillage Managerlooking forFull Time FIFO Ex Perthemployment working atone of our Mining Villages.
As the Village Manager, you will take full operational ownership of a remote mining village, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all Village Services. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for overseeing catering, accommodation, cleaning, tavern, transport, facilities, and logistics operations, while maintaining strict compliance with HSEQ, WHS, food safety, and client service standards.
