Village Supervisor

Exciting opportunity for a Camp & Infrastructure Supervisor to join a tier-1 miner on an 8/6 roster from Perth.

Reporting to the Camp & Infrastructure Superintendent, the Camp & Infrastructure Supervisorwives is responsible for the effective day‑to‑day management of onsite and offsite camp service providers and infrastructure operations.

This role oversees and coordinates catering services, asset maintenance, and all additional camp service contractors across remote mining villages.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Camps & Infrastructure Superintendent in managing Camp Services Contracts from award through mobilisation, service delivery, and demobilisation.
• Coordinate and oversee Catering, Ancillary, and Maintenance Contractors to ensure services are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This includes reviewing contractor documentation, monitoring performance, and participating in regular contractor meetings.
