About the Role

To undertake very basic laboratory tasks whilst undertaking further training in quality control operations, including:


  • Conduct limited sampling and testing
  • Use simple laboratory equipment(hydrometers, thermometers) to make measurements and perform basic tests that take a short time and involve a narrow range of variables and easily recognised control limits
  • Complete the internal training requirements for the position.
  • Obtain Certificate II in Sampling and Measurement.
