BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire a VIP Account Manager to join their team based in Toronto .

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of VIP and high-value players.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through personalized communication.
  • Provide tailored promotions, bonuses, and offers based on player behaviour.
  • Monitor player activity, analyse trends, and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
  • Reactivate dormant VIP players and maximize retention.
  • Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, handling requests and escalations.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Payments, and Customer Support teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible gaming standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and internal reporting.
