Job Description

1.⁠ ⁠Responsible for managing and maintaining VIP users.

2.⁠ ⁠User problem solving: proactively communicate and promptly solve VIP users' problems, feedback reasonable optimization needs to the product team, and be responsible for VIP satisfaction.

3.⁠ ⁠User relationship maintenance: Responsible for establishing contact with VIP users, improving user stickiness through professional services and communication, and promoting user activity and willingness to pay.

4.⁠ ⁠User feedback collection: Actively collect user feedback, understand user needs, and provide first-hand information for product optimization and operation strategies.

Job Requirements

1.⁠ Hindi and Chinese bilingual, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing;

2.⁠ ⁠Familiar with the customs and cultural habits of India;

3.⁠ ⁠Like to experience various games, have a strong sense of customer service, and be able to solve various problems of users and players during the game product experience;

4.⁠ ⁠Have empathy, be able to prevent possible disputes, and properly resolve complaints, etc;
