Overview

The purpose of the position is to effectively supervise all VIP Room Hosts to ensure outstanding customer service is provided at all times and that VIP and company policies and procedures are followed. The position also undertakes initiatives to attract and retain business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervises VIP Room Hosts, providing instruction and direction as needed, coordinating break times, and monitoring compliance with policies and procedures. Completes or reviews payroll and human resources paperwork as required.
