Your mission
We are on the lookout for an experienced, people-centric VIP Manager to lead the way in building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our most valued players. Your mission will be to be the face of the brand for high-value customers, offering a tailored, white-glove service that increases loyalty, drives lifetime value (LTV), and enhances the overall player experience.
What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in VIP or Account Management in iGaming, online entertainment, or luxury customer service.
  • Strong understanding of player behaviour and KPIs like LTV, ARPU, CLV, retention rates, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish (English and/or Portuguese is a plus).
  • Natural relationship-builder with emotional intelligence and a commercial mindset.
