FanDuel is looking for a VIP Manager to work across to look after our most important clients as well as oversee a small team of VIP account managers.
As a VIP Team Manager, you will be directly managing a portfolio of loyal customers, looking to build strong relationships with our VIP customers, and provide an excellent all-round experience. In addition, you will have a small team of VIP Account Managers who you will be responsible for coaching to provide the same experience to their own portfolios. This position will be in a customer facing environment that requires a good understanding of VIP service and a genuine passion for the online gaming industry.
