Viral Script Writer (Part-Time | Remote)

What you will do

• Write short-form & Logn form scripts built for retention, watch time, and shares (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube Videos)
• Track performance daily and turn results into clearer hooks, tighter pacing, and stronger payoffs
• Keep a running view of what is working, what is fading, and what is being ignored
• Iterate fast so each day’s scripts outperform the day before

What we need

• 2+ years of scriptwriting experience (short-form social is a big plus)
• Strong instincts for hooks, pattern interrupts, pacing, and punchy endings
• Comfortable working from analytics and feedback, not guesses
• Original thinking and real writing skill (not just “prompting AI to write the scripts”)

Nice to have

• Proven examples of posts that performed well
• Familiarity with creator-style editing beats (open loops, resets, callbacks)
