Job Title: Virtual Gym Systems & Membership Administrator (Virtuagym Specialist)

Location: Remote / Virtual

Salary: $1,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Virtuagym Specialist to manage and support our gym's app and membership system. This is a virtual role and is essential to the smooth running of our day-to-day gym operations.

Virtuagym app experience is a MUST. Please do not apply if you do not have hands-on experience using Virtuagym.

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtuagym & Database Management
  • Manage, update, and maintain the Virtuagym system and database
  • Ensure all member and staff records are accurate and up to date
  • Create, amend, freeze, cancel, and update memberships
  • Manage packages, access permissions, and system settings
  • Member & Staff Support
  • Handle gym member and staff queries relating to the Virtuagym app
