Job Description
Our client, Solid Growth Properties, makes selling industrial properties easy. At Solid Growth Properties, we work with industrial commercial real estate owners to create a custom solution to buy their property, allowing us to offer the best price possible.
This is a contractor part-time, remote position requiring a commitment of 20 hours per week.
**Main responsibilities include**:
- Maintain and update CRM database (Pipedrive CRM, Zoom Info).
- Conduct research on prospective clients and listed commercial properties; updating CRM database accordingly.
- Prioritize and flag action items and tasks for the team through Project Management tool (Asana).
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients.
- Create, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system for documents.
- Prepare basic reports and analyze data as required.
