Virtual Assistant (Operations and Admin Support)
Location: Remote -- candidates located in time zones that overlap with Pacific Time are encouraged to apply.
Help run the day-to-day so the field team can focus on production.
We are growing fast, and we want a sharp, reliable Virtual Assistant to take real ownership of admin + coordination tasks behind the scenes. Silverback Treeworks is a locally owned, ISA-certified arborist company serving Greater Vancouver and the Sea-to-Sky corridor since 2007. Key Responsibilities
Inbox + calendar support (internal + customer follow-ups)
Create/organize documents, templates, and simple SOPs
Job/admin coordination: scheduling, confirmations, reminders
Data entry + keeping systems clean (spreadsheets/CRM/ATS as needed)
