Chosan is hiring a Virtual Operations Specialist (VOS) to support our fast growing luxury housing and lifestyle platform. This role sits at the center of day to day operations and leasing and is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling multiple workflows at once.Role OverviewThe VOS supports both operations and leasing functions across our portfolio. You will be responsible for guest and prospect communication, lease and payment processing, and operational coordination to ensure a smooth experience for residents and internal teams.This is an hourly paid position with core weekday hours and required weekend availability.ScheduleCore hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday
