Virtual Assistant

Hourly Role | Remote | PST Hours

Chosan is hiring a Virtual Operations Specialist (VOS) to support our fast growing luxury housing and lifestyle platform. This role sits at the center of day to day operations and leasing and is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling multiple workflows at once.

Role Overview

The VOS supports both operations and leasing functions across our portfolio. You will be responsible for guest and prospect communication, lease and payment processing, and operational coordination to ensure a smooth experience for residents and internal teams.

This is an hourly paid position with core weekday hours and required weekend availability.

Schedule

Core hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday

Weekend availability required on a rotating or as needed basis

Key Responsibilities

Respond to guest and prospect inquiries across multiple platforms

Handle and coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and internal teams

Send invoices and follow up on payments

Reconcile payments and flag discrepancies

Process leases, extensions, and related documentation

Respond to leasing and availability inquiries

Support day to day operational workflows and internal coordination

Maintain clear and professional written communication at all times

Requirements

Strong written English and professional communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment

Comfortable working with operational tools, CRMs, and property management systems

Reliable internet connection and ability to work PST hours

Availability to work weekends as required

What This Role Is Not

This is not a passive admin role. You will be actively managing live guest issues, payments, and leasing workflows. Responsiveness, accountability, and ownership are critical.
