The only skill you need for this role is C1/C2 spoken English for cold calling
. You don't necessarily need sales experience, but we are looking for someone who is disciplined, ready to grind and hungry to get after it day after day. We're looking for a Sales Representative who's available during EST hours and knows how to show up, make cold calls, book meetings, follow through, and close deals.

As a Sales Rep, you'll be responsible for selling our B2B recruitment service to our prospective small business clients.

In this role, you'll take charge of your own pipeline.
