Virtual Assistant / Assistant Project Manager for AI Company (10–30hrs/week)

The Role:
We're looking for a virtual assistant to support project management for a team of engineering freelancers. This is a hands-on coordination role—you'll be the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Coordinate with freelancers to keep tasks on track per daily/weekly priorities
- Keep track of all moving pieces and provide daily status updates
- Follow up on deliverables, flag delays early, and keep things organized
- Monitor project budget
- Handle internal automation, manual tasks, and general admin as needed
