Key Responsibilities:

A Virtual Assistant is a remote resource and is deployed on one or more projects/assignments post-training to our global Clients. You will be assigned a mid to long-term project. Your deployment would depend on the following situation/s

You have completed your 4 - 6 weeks of training 

You have successfully cleared an interim live work project 

Growup trainer has vetted your task submissions and has given a green flag that you are now fit to become a remote resource 

You align with the company's vision and are a culture fit as per Growup ethos and policies

You have successfully dedicated 8 productive hours of training whether or not you are a half VA
