We are seeking a reliable virtual assistant to help manage daily routine tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple assignments efficiently. Responsibilities may include sending emails on GHL for our clients, adding to email sequences on GHL, data entry, billing clients, uploading meeting recordings, updating client files, and more. If you are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our team's success and help streamline our operations.
Must speak english Fluently
Must be able to work M-F 9am-5pm US pacific time
Must be able to attend team meetings M-F 8:30am US pacific time
Must be able to work quickly
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
