Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote | Part-time (12-15 hours/week)

Time Zone: PST (8am–5pm PST)

We're looking for a reliable, highly communicative Personal Virtual Assistant to support operational needs for a founder and family. This role is execution-heavy, trust-sensitive, and call-driven. If you close loops, follow up without reminders, and are comfortable speaking to businesses, you'll do well here.

As a VA, you'll help us by managing a mix of tasks and projects. Broadly, these will fall into three categories:

• Lightweight responsibilities that need to be completed consistently on a weekly or monthly basis.
