Job Description
We are hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in QuickBooks and expense management for optimal tax planning. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and adept at handling personal finances, along with a diverse skill set.
The usual starting rate for this role is 6 to 7 USD per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- QuickBooks & Expense Oversight:
- Maintain QuickBooks accounts for accurate income and expense tracking.
- Efficiently manage and categorize personal and business-related expenses.
Tax Planning Support:
- Collaborate with the client and tax professionals to gather and organize financial information.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
