Job Description

As the Virtual Assistant, you will support daily business operations with a focus on administrative coordination, communication management, and organization of property‑related activities. This role involves ensuring that tasks are completed accurately, tenants and vendors receive timely responses, and operational details are kept up to date across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage company email correspondence and respond to tenant and vendor inquiries
Handle communication through TurboTenant and phone calls received on Quo
Log and coordinate maintenance requests, assign tasks to the onsite superintendent, and follow up to confirm completion
Update internal records, mark requests as resolved, and share key updates with the team through messaging groups
Track rent payments, contact tenants regarding outstanding balances, and document follow‑ups
Organize project data such as parking assignments and available spaces
