Virtual Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) to support the sales team of Vector Capital Management. Our organisation requires high reliability, strong confidentiality standards, and a disciplined daily operating cadence. The Sales Operations VA will support the Sales function and act as a bridge between Sales and Operations, ensuring that all client and prospect interactions are captured and actioned; HubSpot and related systems are accurate, consistent, and up to date; sales are held to agreed processes and follow-ups; and the Head of Sales and CEO receive clear, reliable information ahead of key meetings.

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Malaysian Time (GMT+8)
