Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week     |     Rate: $5/hour USD ($800/month)     |     Schedule: Monday–Friday (US Eastern Time)

BL3ND TELEPSYCH is a faith-based tele-psychiatry practice providing compassionate, holistic mental health services to patients across New Jersey and New York. We specialize in medication management and psychiatric care with an emphasis on whole-person wellness and non-controlled substance approaches when appropriate.

Our clinical team is led by experienced psychiatric nurse practitioners who are passionate about making quality mental health care accessible. We're growing quickly and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work and wants to support a mission-driven healthcare practice.

What You'll Do

Patient Coordination

       Schedule and confirm patient appointments

       Send appointment reminders via email/text

       Handle patient inquiries and intake calls

       Manage waitlist and follow up with prospective patients

       Coordinate referrals from primary care providers

Administrative Support

       Manage provider calendars and scheduling

       Organize and maintain patient records (EHR data entry)

       Handle emails and general correspondence

       Prepare reports and documentation

       Maintain CRM and tracking systems (Zoho)

Credentialing & Insurance

       Verify patient insurance eligibility

       Assist with provider credentialing paperwork

       Track license renewals and compliance deadlines

       Follow up on prior authorizations as needed

Marketing & Outreach

       Create social media content (Canva graphics, posts)

       Research and reach out to potential referral sources

       Assist with email marketing campaigns

       Update website and online directory listings



Requirements

Required

       Excellent written and spoken English

       Professional phone manner and patient communication skills

       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

       Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls

       Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)

       Available to work US Eastern Time hours (9 AM – 5 PM ET preferred)

       Comfortable handling sensitive/confidential health information

       Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred (but not required)

       Experience in healthcare, mental health, or medical office settings

       Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient privacy

       Experience with EHR/EMR systems or telehealth platforms

       Understanding of insurance verification processes

       Previous VA experience supporting a healthcare provider
