At H!KINEX, our Virtual Assistants play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across Recruiting, Sales, Finance, and Executive teams. This role is ideal for someone who already has at least one year of experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant and is ready to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients, manage important operational tasks, and help keep business processes running smoothly. We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
